From the best tools for registries and rehab, to user-friendly analytics, Cedaron software pays for itself.
Cedaron is certified for interoperability. Our solutions integrate with all major EHRs to fill the expensive gaps for specialty end users, and our customers range from large healthcare institutions to solo private practices and teaching institutions. Everyone has access to free, 24/7 customer support, 365 days a year.
Our work is done in collaboration—and with the endorsement of—major medical societies and associations, like the APTA, AOTA, ASHT, and the AMA. We’re also a certified registry vendor for organizations like the American College of Cardiology (ACC), the American Heart Association (AHA), and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS).
Cedaron is employee-owned and operated. We’re a small, tight-knit group located in Davis, California.
Malcolm collaborates with healthcare directors, compliance officers, and clinicians to help our engineers thoughtfully design software for real life. The Cedaron R&D team is guided by the industry’s best practices and is in lockstep with regulations.
Cedaron’s Customer Care team (Implementation, Support, Training) understands best practices in data abstraction and rehab documentation, and listens to customer needs better than anyone. We use that knowledge to configure workflows that clinicians love and our customer family trusts.
We take security and privacy seriously. All employees, regardless of role, are responsible for protecting customer information. We follow the rules of HIPAA and other standards for security and privacy.
Cedaron makes software that improves both patient care and the work lives of people in healthcare.
We build relationships that last.
Cedaron was founded in 1990 by Dr. Malcolm Bond, Karen Bond and Gary Engle. We started with a NASA Small Business Innovation Research Grant and a vision to greatly improve specialty outcomes documentation. By combining our medical, technical, and marketing expertise, we were able to launch leading-edge products for registries, rehab, and workers’ compensation. Our software can be found around the world, for customers ranging from large healthcare institutions to solo provider practices and clinical teaching facilities.
Before Cedaron, the Bonds founded a successful isokinetics equipment and software company, which Inc. Magazine twice named as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
